- Contact Information: Your full name, email address, and optional WhatsApp contact number.
- Account Credentials: Encrypted password hashes managed via secure Supabase Authentication infrastructure.
- Learning Analytics: Lesson completion status, quiz submissions, and personal topic notes stored securely in your private student database partition.
2. Zero Data Selling & Commercial Brokering
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third-party marketing brokers or advertisers.
Your data is processed strictly for authenticating your learning dashboard, delivering curriculum updates, and validating cryptographic completion certificates. All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption.
3. Account Security & Infrastructure
FlowCadax uses enterprise-grade cloud database infrastructure hosted on AWS with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled. Each student’s progress, bookmarks, and private notes are accessible only by their authenticated user token.
4. Student Data Rights & Deletion
You have the right to request an export of your learning data or permanent deletion of your account and personal records at any time by contacting our support desk.
